Open Training

Open Training is offered to experienced practitioners wishing to do their own self-directed training.

We currently offer an open training session on a Tuesday evening from 7.15pm – 8.45pm & on Wednesday evening from 6.00pm – 8.00pm.

  • Tuesday cost is $7.50 with own equipment or $12.50 to use ours.
  • Wednesday Cost is $10 with own equipment or $15 to use ours.
  • You must be 16 years or older and be at an Intermediate level or above.
